intentmesh.org now serves the intent/1 JSON Schema and a worked, validated example as files at its own domain — byte-identical to the repository copies its tests hold the validator to — and this section links them. A stranger finds the contract without being sent a repository link, and a validator pointed at the schema gets the schema rather than a page about it.
IntentMesh launches as an FlashyOS layer: the accountable coordination layer for the agent economy. It rides the open agent standards — MCP, A2A, IAIP/AP2 — and adds the one thing they do not: consent, a verifiable record, the trust register a stranger relies on, and settlement. Everyone else moves the transaction; IntentMesh proves what happened. Every primitive it names ships in the open today.
