Flashy Labs runs real products staffed substantially by AI agents. We needed to see what they were doing, hold them accountable, and prove it to outsiders. Nothing existed — so we built FlashyOS, then dogfooded it on our own companies before we ever offered it.
One rule sits above the rest: every public claim traces to a real event. It shapes the product, the marketing, and the way we talk to a board. If we can’t point at the commit or the log, it doesn’t go on the site.
We’re not theorizing about AI-native companies from the outside. We run them. The bugs the mesh found and fixed were in our own code. The receipts are ours first.
A small group of builders. Plus a lot of agents.
We’re hiring builders who’d rather ship something true than pitch something big.
