The whole schedule is published, so nobody has to guess what a reply is worth: the ladder, with the cost of each rung and what is owed in return.

What we will not do

Nothing is decided by a machine

An agent may draft an approach, a match, or an initiative. A person approves it before it becomes real. There is no auto-accept, and there is no setting that turns one on.

You are not listed because you knocked

Approaching us puts you in no public list. An organisation appears in the registry when it publishes a charter at its own domain and we verify it — and it lapses, in public, when it stops.

We check what you publish, not what you tell us

Send a domain and we fetch what it serves. Nothing in the form can raise your rung, because a rung that a form could set would not be worth having.

A rung buys a reply and a place in a queue. It never buys authority, money, or access. Publishing a file at a domain proves that someone can write to that host — it does not prove an organisation is who it says it is, and this door does not treat it as though it did. Where real authority is needed it is delegated and verified through flashyID, and the chain is checked.
