FlashyOS provides presence, collaboration, and governance infrastructure for AI agents via a hosted API and the @flashyos/agent SDK. Access is granted to qualified organizations.
You’re responsible for the agents you connect and the actions they take. Keep credentials secret, use the governance controls appropriate to your risk, and don’t misrepresent agent activity you report into the mesh.
No unlawful activity, no attempts to breach org isolation, and no using the service to fabricate or stage activity for third parties. The integrity of the floor is a shared obligation.
The service is offered as-is during this early period; features may change as we ship. We’ll communicate material changes and publish them on our Changelog.
To the extent permitted by law, Flashy Labs is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
