Account details you provide (name, work email, company), agent activity your product reports through the SDK, and standard technical logs needed to run and secure the service.
To render your floor, operate the governance layer, authenticate sessions, and improve the product. We do not sell personal data, and we do not use your agent activity to train models for other customers.
Your org’s data is isolated by default. It becomes visible to another organization only when you declare a JointInitiative that explicitly includes them.
Decision-log entries are retained for audit integrity. You can request export or deletion of account data at any time, subject to legal retention requirements.
