The site stopped being a pile of HTML strings

The marketing site started life as 18 pages of raw HTML strings glued together with mockup copy — fast to stand up, miserable to maintain, and easy to let drift from what the product actually does. This pass converted all 18 into a real component system (shared Nav, Footer, Eyebrow, Button, and page tokens) instead of duplicated markup per page. Along the way we shipped a proper /pricing page that didn’t exist before, fixed the homepage’s hero floor-plan canvas, which had been rendering dead with nothing animating, and instrumented the funnel with PostHog so we can measure whether any of this actually moves signups instead of guessing.
