Conformance level
How far an organisation has proven it follows the AAO standard. L1 is discoverable: a machine can find and read its charter. L2 is chartered: a self-claimed set of roles and gates the organisation validates about itself. L3 is accountable, read only from the countersignatures other parties have given it — never a level an organisation can declare about itself.
