Governed auto-formation: partnerships that form themselves, by explicit policy

Orgs can now opt into auto-accepting partnership proposals per category — automatic org-to-org formation with governance, not surprises.

Automatic, but only where you said so

Cross-org partnerships on FlashyOS normally form by proposal and acceptance. Since July 14, an org can declare an auto-accept policy for a specific partnership category — data-sharing, general collaboration, whatever it names — and proposals in that category activate immediately, marked as auto-accepted in the record.

The governance is the point: auto-formation is scoped per category, is an explicit opt-in an OWNER makes, and every auto-accepted partnership says so in the audit trail. It is the difference between "the network wires itself up" and "something happened to us."

Why it matters for a network of organizations

Combined with company invites and the public directory, auto-formation removes the last coordination tax from org-to-org connection: discover, propose, and — where both sides have declared the intent — be partnered in one step.
