The SDK gets a public pulse: live badges, README shields, and a shareable first minute
@flashyos/agent now wears live network badges, and CLI onboarding ends with your org number, a watch-live link, and a badge embed — a real growth moment.
The README is a storefront; make it live
Since July 16, the SDK README carries a live agent-count shield backed by a public endpoint — the number on the badge is the number on the network. Onboarding got the same treatment: npx @flashyos/agent init now ends by telling you which org number you are on the network, linking Live HQ so you can watch your agent appear, and printing a copy-paste badge embed for your new org.
On July 17 the package shipped 0.6.1, fixing two onboarding crashes found the honest way — a founder ran the real flow in a clean environment and hit them. The full story of that walkthrough is in the Live HQ floor article.
